Users are managed (by our own internal services or by Christiaens) on the proposed Domain Controller (s).

This service is set up to proactively manage your server (s). Monitoring, management, maintenance, updating, helpdesk support and providing emergency solutions are all part of our server management.

This service is set up to proactively manage your clients or workstations. With Client Management we can monitor, manage, maintain, update, support and provide emergency solutions.

Within backup management we will monitor your existing backup software. This may mean that we proactively monitor your backups for things such as:

Physical and virtual servers,
Databases,
Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams…),
Specific files,
Azure servers,
Dates on tapes.

For this we provide management of antivirus software, firewall, potential vulnerabilities and advanced threats.
