Advantages Document Output
Continia Document Output has a large number of preset email templates that are ready to use. Each template is linked to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central report and contains information about who may receive it.
You only have to adapt your e-mail to your own profile and you can get started right away. That is why Continia Document Output is simpler and cheaper than other implementation, development and maintenance solutions.
Unique info blocks in the customer card provide information about the e-mail recipients, access to the e-mail log and an overview of the documents. In addition, the info blocks in sales quotations and sales orders provide information about the recipients, and you get access to an e-mail log.
You will receive an overview indicating who may receive which documents by e-mail and who still wishes to receive them in paper form. From here you can choose whether to process the documents at once or just the selected documents.
After sending, the documents are marked as sent and disappear from the overview. You can also configure Business Central to send and print documents at set intervals, exactly how you want.
